Engineer at heart,
Product Designer by calling.
I design enterprise platforms by making complexity understandable, both for users and for teams building them. Here's how..
Context is Everything
I approach design challenges as a puzzle, where the winning strategy comes from connecting the dots between users, business, and systems. When those align, everyone wins.
Play as Purpose
The path forward is not always obvious. I use a mindset of curiosity and play to guide teams from "unknown to clarity," uncovering unexpected opportunities along the way.
The Team Sport Called Design
With only 8 designers in a 2,000+ person organization at VMware, I learned that the best outcomes happen when design is a collaborative effort. I built maturity programs that scaled impact beyond the design team - reinforcing my belief that design is a shared responsibility where everyone plays, solves, and grows together.
The Accessible Advantage
I came to design not for how it looks, but for how well it works. As a colorblind designer (and developer), accessibility isn't just a checklist - it’s a lived constraint. This perspective drives me to build experiences that are usable, resilient, and inclusive by default.
